• Messages sent through our platform between Guests and Landlords.
• Tax documentation such as W-9 and W-8 forms submitted by Landlords.

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps.
• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
• Location data if you grant permission (used to show nearby listings).

• To create and manage your account and provide our services.
• To facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between Guests and Landlords.
• To verify your identity and comply with legal obligations.
• To collect and remit applicable taxes on behalf of Landlords.
• To improve our platform, personalize your experience, and develop new features.
• To send transactional and promotional communications (you may opt out of promotions).
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With other users: Guest and Landlord names, photos, and relevant booking details are shared to facilitate reservations.
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, cloud storage, analytics, and communications.
• For legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as a business asset.

• Account deletion: You may request to delete your account through Account Settings → Privacy.
